[warning, partial nudity… kinda]

So I printed these pictures out and put them on the wall right next to my bed to stare at every night and every morning.

I mean… it’s one thing to look at a whole bunch of pictures of skinny girls and want to look like them… but it’s hard. Because you feel like it’s impossible or unreal for you. But it’s another thing to find pictures of yourself. So then you have a goal. You KNOW you can do it because you’ve already BEEN there.
Positive thinking.

They will be the last thing I see before I fall asleep and the first right when I wake up.
